CLASSES

Would you love to learn English through baking some delicious treats? Well this is perfect for you. You will be able to learn delicious desserts from a qualified and experienced Japanese pastry chef who has been in the industry for 9 years. The classes will be held in small groups, 1 to 4 people at the home of VICIOUS CAKES.

 

The recipe, ingredients and equipment will be provided and you will be working together as a group.

Speaking English while you are doing physical work makes it easier and enables fast learning process of the language rather than sitting down with paper and pen trying to learn. Classes are targeted for non English speaking students, mainly for Japanese people  as I will be able to instruct and explain in both languages.

​

Classes will highlight some of the traditional baked desserts, high tea desserts, cookies and pastries. If you have any particular desserts you would like to learn, please do not hesitate to email or call me when booking. It will be a fun, casual class that you will enjoy by having afternoon tea at the end of the class or simply bring it home for your family and friends.

Vicious Cakes は　９年間パティシエ　だった経験を生かして　私、　観妃（みさき）モンゴメリーが個人で出しているパティスリーです。２０１３年には　Dilmah Real High Tea Challenge でオーストラリア全国優勝、２０１５年には Dilmah Real High Tea　Global　Challenge　で金賞、紅茶モクテルで 世界１位、　そして　総合で　世界７位の成績をのこしました。その間にもいろいろな　VIP　の方たちにケーキを作ってきました。

ケーキの作りかたを学びながら英会話してみませんか？ただの英会話じゃつまらないと思う方にピッタリ。楽しく　1～４人お友達や家族と一緒に　ケーキを作りながら　英語を学ぶ気楽なクラス。体を動かす事でより英語が早くみにつけます。とにかく気楽に楽しく学んでいただく事が目標です。

クラスでは、簡単なデザート、クッキー　や可愛いデコレーションお菓子を作りたいと思いますので初心者の方も大歓迎。でもどうしてもこれが習いたいと言いう方はどうぞ　お申込みの時　電話またはe-mail　でご相談ください。アレルギーをお持ちの方用のレシピも用意しております。 レシピ、材料や器具などは　こちら側ご用意いたします。Viciouｓ Cakes は個人の家で教室を行っていますので　気楽にご自身とお友達でお越しください。クラスの終わりはみんなで作ったケーキとそれに合う　Dilmah の紅茶をhigh tea にしてお楽しみいただけますが　もちろんお持ち帰りもしていただけます。
